Have been to 2 chocolate pairings, one with MCC and the other with Gin. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the pairings were perfect flavour combinations. The chocolate is pure decadence...beautifully crafted and appealing in both appearance and taste. Truly quality, gourmet chocolate

We were in Cape Town for our Honeymoon in 2022 and the Hippolytes team were so kind to organise a tasting experience even though we were only 2. After the experience, we went to their shop at the V&A waterfront and bought some trays and their non-alcoholic hot choc stix. It will always be my favourite chocolate experience and guilty pleasure!!
