Kim has refined her craft in some of the world’s most recognised hotels and restaurants, gaining invaluable international experience along the way. Since joining us in 2021, she has brought this global perspective, technical precision, and creative flair to every chocolate creation.
Having joined in 2020, beginning her journey by assisting with packaging and day-to-day production. Through her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to learn, she has grown into her role as Assistant Chocolatier, becoming an integral part of the team and our chocolate-making process.
Zunaid joined Hippolytas Chocolate in 2025 as co-owner, bringing with him a wealth of experience from international markets including Australia and Dubai. His global perspective strengthens the brand’s strategic direction and ensures Hippolytas Chocolate continues to lead in luxury chocolate craftsmanship and contemporary packaging design.
Having joined Hippolytas Chocolate in 2021, a year after its conception, his vision for brand identity and luxury positioning helped sculpt the Company into a key player in premium turndown amenities, bespoke gifting for luxury hospitality, and innovative corporate and retail chocolate experiences. His passion for the craft and deep involvement in shaping the company’s direction grew steadily over the years, culminating in his acquisition of ownership in 2025.
